yest went to sign the agreement for lease for our HDB flat.. =)
paid 5% downpayment, stamp fee & conveyancing fee..
so currently flat issue can put aside first..

very soon will be my ROM..kinda excited yet nervous...
still yet to sort out the little details..
juz hope things will go smoothly..!

neway Gene Gene gave me a fright on Fri..!
he was shivering for hours..! refused to eat or go for walk..
thankfully Eric acc me to look for 24hrs veterinary clinic... =)

ended up @ Heart2heart Vet Hospital...
the vet couldn't figure out the cause of the shivering..
Gene juz got more active @ the clinic though he still shivers..

Eric was saying mayb Gene cldn't relieve himself earlier on..
he peed 3/4 times & pooed at and after leaving the clinic..
dereafter he napped in the car..& ate his dinner once we r hm..

Sat night got a even bigger scare..nearly got knocked str down by a car..
if Eric hasn't pulled me away in time, can't imagine wat will happen..
thankfully it was only part of my arm and leg that was sort of hit..

the driver was a very rude and arrogant uncle..
he actually questioned if we didn't see his car coming instead of apologizing..
he also wanted to drive away after dat..
Eric got so furious..ended up calling the police..

i was pretty much in shock..& initially asked Eric to drop the issue..
he kept asking if im ok...if my hand is alrite...
& he said sumting like "下个月就跟你白头偕老..如果你有事,谁赔一个你给我"..
its a scary thot to be gone all of a sudden..so many tings yet to say and do...
neway, its over & i'm safe and sound... =)

do watch We Not Naughty..its funi & touching...
most gals will cry for sure..!!
