tired..mentally & physically.....
with the weather, i can foresee a gd nite sleep..

'war' has begun..i fear having to be sandwiched between..

dun wish to tk sides..tried to bring peace..
but it doesn't seem to b working..
how long will the 'war' last...n how long can i stay neutral...?!

caught 2 not so nice movies...
Don't be Afraid of the Dark is nicer compared...
could almost say that 1778 stories of me & my wife is not nice..kinda boring..
but giving it alittle credit as i cried at the ending...

ohh...Gina's hens night on Sat was pretty fun...
she got real drunk..lolz...didn't expect dat...
her drunk level was we had to carry her & she 4got wat happened kind...

alrite..im dozing off...........

yest met up with Tracy, Kai Ling, Hui Shi & Ivy..
post-lantern festival celebration @ Chinese Garden...
we had lanterns, mooncakes, candles & sparklers..!

other than Tracy, the rest I have not seen them for 10/11 yrs..lolz..
it was a really fun meet-up..catching up & all the laughter...
feels like we were still in sec sch times...except Kai Ling is married.. =b
didn't manage to haf a pic with all 5 of us..

ohh..we had dis very yummy XO crab bee hoon for dinner..
it was at a coffee shop near Ivy's place..

& check out the toilet sign @ Chinese Garden..
kinda cool & nice...lolz..

we will be meeting up again in 2 weeks time for a drink..
its not easy to fit everyone's schedule..proposing diff dates..
we almost set our next meet-up in Dec, which we felt was too far away..lolz.

caught 3 movies this week...
Haunters was not bad, but some parts are really exaggerating..!!
Four Lions was funi, but wld haf been better if there's subtitles..
cldn't catch what some of the conversations in the movie..
& Johnny English is a muz watch..! super duper funi...!!

how much does one cares about the words being said or heard varies...
"我愿意做你一辈子的小丑"...
a simple sentence dat holds more weight than "i love u"...
at least dats wat i tink & feel...

i was goin thru sum pics today..
i actually didn't blog abt my 3 yrs anniversary wif Eric cum his b'day..

he got me a bouquet of roses & laptop as our anniversary pressie..
i got him a surprise stay @ Quincy Hotel & a new wallet..
the cake i got sum1 to drew..
but didn't taste as nice as it was recommended..

the hotel was great..
nice staff..nice food..free bottle of wine..free flow mini bar..
comfy room..& the very nice indoor swimming pool..

we both love the ice cream dere..

Eric even suggested cuming back to dis hotel as a yearly ting... =)

finally i packed my wardrobe..
threw away a pile of clothes....

look how neat my wardrobes r..
one for my dresses and the other for 2 pieces..
can u imagine my clothes (including the discarded) r all squeezed in dat 2 doors space?

i spent the whole day packin my rm..
gotta re-arrange my stuff wif the space given to the new wardrobe..
so tiring..& im not quite done yet...!

went for 2 movies str on Fri..
Contagion was not very nice..as in kinda empty wif not much story..
eventually they found the immunity jab...
i didn't expect Kate Winslet to die so soon in the movie..

The Cat is an exclusive showcase..& timing was just nice after the 1st show..
its scary..dun watch it if u will carry images of movies wif u..

went Chinatown wif my mum, aunt & cousins on Wed..
freaking hot & not much to c..but at least sum family time together.. =)
my cousin is now almost 3 mths pregnant..a Pisces baby?..

i heard the twins gene (or watever its called) skips a generation..
from grandma to granddaughters..
my mum & aunt r twins..
so high chance of my cousins and/or me having twins?..

i love roses...but alwaz watch them wither with time..
wonder if its gd to have the ability to freeze or turn back time..
or wld anyone want to fast forward time..?

my new wardrobe came yest..only $99 frm IKEA..
my room seems bigger than i thot..can fit another 3-door wardrobe..
but i duno hw to re-pack my stuff...feelin so damn lazy..

the visit to Eliyana's hse was not bad..eating, chatting & watching DVDs..
we were watchin sum sort of Malay version paranormal activities..
they were trying diff kinds of Taboos to try to capture ghosts on video..
some were pretty eeky eerie....

caught Crazy Stupid Love yest..not bad..
its funi & of cos the love stuff..fighting for your soul mate..
how a game player met someone who changed the game..

Tian Xin got me this card the other day..
its very cute, it plays message when u flip open each side..

love handwritten cards..& it was some sort of a surprise..
didn't expect a card out of the blue..
he secretly stuffed the card into my bag..
i was quite blind..only saw it the 2nd time when i went thru my bag..

& i made the whole ting a laughing scene..
i went into a total shock when i saw partial of the envelop..
sumhow i just didn't figure it was a card..
i actually asked "为什么会有这个东西在我的 bag?"

send him laughing straight...which 'woke me up'..
i was so askin the obvious..of cos he put it in..
& i shld haf juz took it out to c wat it is..
but well..its too late..i haf reacted the way i did..

met up wif Bon on Wed..
patronized Taishoken & Iroha @ Ramen Champion..
we happily over-ordered 1 LARGE & 1 regular ramen to share..

on 2nd thot, we could haf finished if my stomach was "on form" dat day..
had slight diarrhoea dat afternoon...shall try the same quantity another day..

yest was a very packed day..
1stly went 三清宫 to pay respect to my late Uncle Patrick..
2nd Sept was his birthday..really missed him..
never got to celebrate his b'day wif him & will never ever haf the chance..
u really never know wat will happen tmr..treasure very now-moments..

dereafter went Sentosa to catch a glimpse of the Busker Festival..

its nice but it was an unplanned trip..so kinda time restricted...
we caught 3 performances by Aytahn Ross, John Gowdy & Benny B..
Tian Xin had them recorded in his phone..

den it was movie time..! caught The Smurfs...
it's really nice..dun miss it..! =)

& b4 heading home, another unplanned trip..
went to check out the Nights Light @ Museum....
its pretty interesting..glad i didn't miss it..

took afew videos of the light effect..looked as if the building was moving..
a pity too big a file size to share here..

alrite..gotta go get ready to meet Jenelle..
goin Eilyana's hse for Hari Raya & her son 1 yr-old celebration..

my bro got me these covers..only 80 CENTS each..!!
super cheap rite..?! of cos dere's sum flaws..

neway, Overheard 2 and Cars 2 are nice..吴彦祖超帅的..!!
didn't know Cars is nice till i caught it over TV the other day..
otherwise i would have given the sequel a miss...

Bad Teacher is not bad, but not as nice as expected..thot it wld b funnier..
Final Destination 5 is simply gross to the max...

went Johor with Tian Xin on Sat..juz eating n walkin ard..
& b4 we left, the cab driver recommended us to go KSL..
we weren't aware of dis new shoppin mall..next time i guess...

Gene Gene has a new bed..! =) Tian Xin got it for him 2 days back..
so far i realized he seems to slp on it only in the morning?!
like now, he's lying on the floor..

i love dis chocolate box..its so pretty..
wld love it even more if it was milk choc instead of dark choc..
but as the old saying goes...
"Life is like a box of chocolates...you never know what you're gonna get.."
